The Ampeleia Toscana IGT Biodinamico 2021 is the flagship wine of the Ampeleia winery, a winemaking project in Roccatederighi, in the Upper Maremma region. Produced using certified organic and biodynamic farming methods, it is a red that expresses the most elegant and complex spirit of the region.

Produced primarily from Cabernet Franc, alongside Mediterranean varieties grown between 350 and 600 meters above sea level, this wine captures the identity of the estate's various vineyards. It features a deep ruby red color and offers a broad bouquet of red and black fruits, fine spices, aromatic herbs, and light balsamic notes. On the palate, it is structured, harmonious, and persistent, with silky tannins and a pronounced mineral freshness.

Aged in concrete and oak barrels, the 2021 Ampeleia is a wine of great balance and elegance, ideal with grilled meat dishes, game, savory first courses, and mature cheeses.
