The 2021 Chablis Premier Cru Côte de Léchet from Domaine Jean Dauvissat comes from vineyards on the left bank of the Serein, including clay-limestone soils rich in fossils that give the wine its typical minerality and freshness.

The result of respectful viticulture, without herbicides since 2011 and with biodynamic practices since 2018, this Chablis reflects the Domaine's approach: letting the terroir speak for itself.
