The Poets Odyssey 2020

Odyssée by Les Poëte is a Pinot Noir from the Loire with a fruity, crisp and irresistibly delicious character, with aromas of small red fruits and an elegant note of old rose.

Guillaume Sorbe has a deep desire to create great wines in Quincy and Reuilly. After a careful selection of terroirs, in 2001 he planted Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, patiently allowing them to acclimatize before presenting, in 2011, the first bottles under the Poëte label.

No other wine in the area achieves such a level of precision and substance. Excluded from the official appellation, Sorbe has chosen to reclassify its production as Vin de France. Aged for 18 months in vats and barrels, its white wines stand out among the most ambitious in the Loire Valley.
