Saint Remy Riesling Jade d'Alsace 2022

A dry and elegant wine, characterized by delicate notes of ripe yellow fruit and a soft and refined profile. Riesling Jade is distinguished by its marked minerality, lively acidity and a well-defined structure, making it ideal in combination with fish and shellfish.

The grapes come from the Fecht alluvial fan, along the banks of Turckheim, where the sandy alluvial soils, rich in clay (22%) and free of limestone, give the wine its finesse. These siliceous alluvial soils emerge on the surface and are locally covered by layers of loess or silt.

This special vintage is a tribute to the new generation of the family, dedicated to little Jade, born in 2016!
