Vietti Barbera d'Asti La Crena DOCG 2018 is a red wine of great elegance and personality, produced from 100% Barbera grapes from the ancient La Crena vineyard in Agliano Terme, in the heart of the appellation's most suitable area. This cru, planted in the 1930s, is considered one of the best sites for expressing the full potential of the Barbera grape.

The 2018 vintage yielded a balanced and profound wine. The nose releases intense aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and blackberry, accompanied by spicy, balsamic notes and light toasted nuances. On the palate, it is enveloping and rich, with soft tannins and great freshness, characteristics that make this Barbera particularly pleasant and harmonious. The finish is long, elegant, and persistent.
