Dettori Tenores Romangia IGP 2019

Dettori's Tenores is produced from old bush-trained vines in Badde Nigolosu, in the heart of Romangia, between Sassari and Castelsardo. The winery's artisanal and biodynamic approach maximizes the raw material: no chemicals, spontaneous fermentations and aging exclusively in cement tanks for over two years, without clarification or filtration.

In the glass it presents itself with an intense ruby ​​red with garnet reflections. The aromatic profile is broad and enveloping, with notes of black cherries, ripe plums, spices, licorice, leather, Mediterranean herbs and balsamic notes that tell the story of the Sardinian territory in all its power. The sip is full, warm and complex, with smooth tannins, great balance and a long, saline and persistent finish.
