Selvadolce Crescendo Terraces of Imperia 2023

The 2023 Selvadolce Crescendo Terrazze dell'Imperiese Bianco IGP is a natural and biodynamic wine produced by the Selva Dolce winery in Bordighera (Imperia), on the Western Ligurian Riviera. It is made from a selection of Mediterranean and native Ligurian white grape varieties, grown on ancient terraces overlooking the sea and managed using certified organic and biodynamic methods.

It has an intense straw yellow color. The nose reveals a complex and refined bouquet, with notes of ripe yellow fruit, citrus, aromatic herbs, and a salty touch reminiscent of the sea breeze. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with good structure, balanced acidity, and a lingering finish that reflects the authenticity of the Ligurian terroir.

An elegant and regional white wine, ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, sushi, delicate white meats and vegetarian Mediterranean cuisine.
