BRUNO RIBADI

Bruno Ribadi was born in Cinisi, a bright and curious boy, welcomed as a young man into a Benedictine abbey after the loss of his parents. Here, a Belgian monk discovered his natural talent for chemistry and introduced him to the world of brewing. Fascinated by fermentation processes, Bruno embarked on a long journey to discover the best beers in the world: from Prague to India, where he learned the secrets of spices, to London, where he experimented in small craft breweries.

His life is a continuous exploration of culture, aromas and innovation. After a chance meeting with the monk who had trained him, he was invited to Belgium to share his discoveries and was proclaimed master brewer. Returning to Sicily with the dream of opening a brewery, he soon left for new horizons, leaving only a diary with recipes and travel stories.

That diary is now the soul of the Bruno Ribadi brewery, a symbol of creative freedom, passion and experimentation in the world of Sicilian craft beer.
