A beer inspired by ancient monastic traditions, enriched by the authentic flavours of Sicily.

"Residenza in Abbazia" is a handcrafted Tripel in the Benedictine abbey style, produced with Sicilian Biancolilla wheat, dried figs and Sicilian black bee honey. Dark blond in color and medium in body, it offers a rich aromatic profile: fresh fruit aromas on the nose and a sweet and enveloping aftertaste, thanks to the honey.
