Emmanuel Grand and his wife Nathalie , a winemaker and daughter of a winemaker in Arbois, passionately manage a historic estate founded in 1692 , located in the heart of the Jura . With a modern vision that respects tradition , they have renovated and converted to organic farming . the 11 hectares of vineyards that extend between the Arbois, Côtes du Jura and Château - Chalon denominations .

Their work is distinguished by the natural approach in the vineyard , oriented towards ecological balance , and a non- interventionist winemaking . in the cellar, which lets the terroir speak for itself . Each bottle reflects an authentic connection to the land and a constant search for purity and identity.

Among the most representative wines we find the Savagnin En Guille Bouton , mineral and vibrant, obtained from vines on grey marl , and the Chardonnay La Grande Chaude , elegant and complex, born from soils of red and iridescent marl .
