Domaine Grand Chardonnay Côtes de Jura BIO 2021

Domaine Emmanuel Grand Chardonnay is a natural and elegant white , produced in the heart of the Jura from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on red and iridescent marl soils , near the municipality of Arbois .​

Fruit of certified organic viticulture​ and a respectful vinification , this Chardonnay ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts , is not filtered or clarified, and ages in used wood or cement, depending on the vintage.

In the glass , it displays a luminous golden yellow . The nose offers notes of hazelnut, flint , ripe apple , and salted butter , with light smoky nuances . On the palate , it is minerally, straight, and full , with a lovely savory finish that reflects the geological origins of the Jura. It finishes long, with an elegant and saline tension .
