Gin Nordes 70 cl

Gin Nordés is a premium gin from Galicia, in northwest Spain, produced by the Adegas de Finca distillery. This gin stands out for its freshness and unique aromatic profile, which comes from the use of selected botanicals from different areas of Galicia, an area known for its green landscape and its cool and rainy climate, which influence the characteristics of the gin.

The base of Gin Nordés is albarino, a white wine typical of the region, which is used to create the base distillate. To this base are added botanicals that include juniper, sage, mint, lavender, ginger, and a variety of local fruits and plants such as apple, lotus and cardamom. The combination of ingredients gives Gin Nordés a fresh, floral and slightly fruity aromatic profile, with a soft and spicy finish.

The distillation takes place in bain-marie stills, a method that guarantees greater delicacy and purity in the flavor. The result is an extremely versatile gin, with a clean and balanced taste, perfect both to be enjoyed alone and as a base for innovative and refreshing cocktails, such as a gin and tonic with a slice of lime or a citrus twist.
