GIRLS

The Girlan Winery is located in the charming village of Cornaiano, known in the Middle Ages as Girlan , located on Monte di Mezzo, between Bolzano and Lake Caldaro, in the heart of Alto Adige. A territory historically suited to viticulture, which still today expresses its full potential through authentic and quality wines.

The vineyards of Cantina Girlan extend over gentle and well-ventilated slopes, between 450 and 500 meters above sea level, in areas such as San Michele and the Piana dell'Adige. Immersed in the quiet of the Dolomites and kissed by moderate sunshine, the grapes ripen slowly, benefiting from an alpine climate characterized by strong daily and seasonal temperature variations. The soils rich in marl and clay give the grapes complexity and structure, making this area ideal for precision viticulture.

The winery's production philosophy is reflected in a phrase that sums up its identity:
