Natural tuna fillets from the Azores archipelago, an autonomous region of Portugal, located in the middle of the Atlantic.

Santa Catarina tuna fillets are protected by a delicate and slightly salty flavour, soft texture and pink colour.

In true Azorean style, Santa Catarina tuna is caught in Atlantic waters with hook and line, using a centuries-old traditional fishing art known as "jump and pole" fishing*. The tuna is then cooked in brine, following the tradition of the old cannery on the island of São Jorge. The result is a tuna with unrivaled flavour and texture.
