Dettori 18 September White Romangia IGP 2023

The Bianco “18 Settembre” 2023 is a pure Vermentino signed Tenute Dettori, born from a young vineyard planted in honor of Paolo Dettori, father of the winemaker Alessandro, and cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics. The grapes come from a unique soil, rich in limestone, marl and calcarenite, which gives the wine a marked minerality. The vinification is natural: spontaneous fermentation, short skin maceration, no additives, aging in cement, bottling without filtration or clarification. The result is a Sardinian white wine with a golden yellow color, with intense aromas of citrus peel, apple jam, white fig, broom, wild fennel and almond. On the palate, structure and flavor blend in a rich, warm and persistent sip, closed by a vibrant mineral trail. An authentic and identifying biodynamic Vermentino, which combines family history, territory and craftsmanship.
