Didier Dagueneau's Blanc Fumé de Pouilly XXI 2021 is born in the heart of the Loire Valley, precisely in Saint-Andelain, one of the most renowned areas for the expression of Sauvignon Blanc, considered a sacred grape variety in this region.

Didier Dagueneau, a student of Henry Jayer, transformed viticulture with his innovative spirit, dedicating himself passionately to his 11.5 hectares until his premature death in 2008. Today, the estate continues to thrive under the guidance of his children Louis and Charlotte.

With a bright straw yellow color and golden reflections, this wine offers intense aromas of flint, elderflower and lemon peel. On the palate, it is dry, vibrant, with a sharp acidity that accentuates its freshness and structure.
