Dettori Renosu White Romangia PGI

Renosu Bianco is a natural Sardinian white wine with a rich and surprising aromatic profile, perfect to be enjoyed fresh to enhance the balance between lively acidity and enveloping sweetness. The name "Renosu", which in Sardinian means sandy , recalls the nature of the soils from which the grapes come.

To the eye it presents itself with a fascinating coppery gold hue, clear and brilliant. On the nose it releases intense and refined aromas of ripe pear, snuff peach, white flowers, wild fennel and Mediterranean scrub, combined with delicate notes of pastry, butter and cinnamon. The bouquet is completed by fresh salty hints that evoke the sea.

On the palate, the sip is soft, full and harmonious, with a persistent savory trail and a honeyed and floral finish. An everyday wine, but of great finesse and expressiveness, capable of combining simplicity and character.

Perfect with strong-flavoured fish dishes, creamy risottos, medium-aged cheeses, but also with tempura, vegetable quiches, legume creams with seafood and light Asian recipes, such as not too spicy Thai.
