Empire White Pinot Noir It is the purest and most refined expression of Pinot Noir cultivated for five generations by Fattoria Mancini in the heart of the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park , close to the Adriatic Sea , north of Pesaro. Vinified entirely in white from 100% Pinot Noir grapes , it represents a unique and very high -profile interpretation of this noble vine , grown in a marine and calcareous terroir .

The grapes, harvested manually in crates and immediately cooled in the vineyard, are pressed at low temperatures without destemming, extracting only the free-run must , equal to 50 % of the weight. The wine ferments slowly in steel, and ages for several months on the fine lees , without malolactic fermentation , to maintain maximum tension and aromatic precision .

In the glass it presents itself with a bright straw yellow , on the nose it opens with elegance: white flowers , citrus, wet stone , hints of peach and light notes of bread making.
