Nowack Tuilerie Champagne Extra Brut

Champagne Tuilerie from Domaine Nowack is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the 2019 harvest, from a vineyard of around 60 years old located near the village of Vandières. Fermented in fût de chêne, it rests on its lees for over 40 months. With a final dosage of 1.5 g/l (Extra Brut), this rare and intense Champagne stands out for its complexity and finesse.
