Zyme Kairos PGI Rosso Veneto 2020 Magnum 1.5 L

Kairos is a red wine with a robust and intense character, the result of a unique blend of 15 grape varieties, 11 of which are red grapes and 4 are white grapes. Its long maturation of 36 months in barriques gives it an extraordinary aromatic complexity and an enveloping elegance.

On the nose it opens with hints of ripe fruit and undergrowth, enriched by spicy notes of tobacco and cinnamon. On the palate it stands out for its rich and harmonious structure, offering a sensation of fullness and depth, with a long and persistent finish.

The grape varieties that make up Kairos include white varieties such as Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, and red grapes such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Teroldego, Croatina, Oseleta, Sangiovese and Marzemino.

Thanks to its complexity and intensity, this wine pairs perfectly with game dishes, white and red meats, as well as medium and long-aged cheeses, enhancing their flavours and structure.
