The grapes destined for this elegant and eclectic Rosé Cuvée Millesimata are harvested at dawn, when the aurora is reflected in the bunches of grapes. Its coral color encloses the scents of the undergrowth and the promise of a new beginning, transforming it into a wine of refined expressiveness.

Bright coral pink, the bouquet releases intense fruity notes: ripe cherry, blood orange, blackcurrant and black cherries in syrup, followed by nuances of beeswax and gentian root. The fruit dominates the palate again, with a long trail of pomegranate, pink grapefruit and an extraordinary juiciness.

Despite its full structure, it boasts a surprising drinkability, making it an excellent alternative to red wines with red meats with short cooking or light marinades. Also try with risottos based on fish products.
