Engine Pure Organic Gin 70cl is an organic Italian gin produced in Alta Langa, between Piedmont and Liguria, a region linked to the literary tradition of authors such as Fenoglio and Pavese. Made using the Compound method, this gin draws inspiration from Piedmontese culture, using ingredients historically considered effective digestives, particularly sage and lemon, alongside the classic juniper base.

The process involves cold vacuum distillation, made possible by a state-of-the-art rotary evaporator, which optimally preserves the most volatile aromatic components of the botanicals used. The result is a fresh and linear distillate, in which the herbaceous and citrus notes express themselves clearly and harmoniously. Engine also stands out for its unusual and recognizable packaging, inspired by the world of motors—a direct reference to the personal passion of its creator, who sought to combine mechanical precision with artisanal care.
