Citadelle Gin 70cl is a French gin distilled in the Charente region, known for its balance of tradition and aromatic complexity. Produced at the Château de Bonbonnet distillery, this gin is obtained through slow distillation in copper stills, using a method that favors the gradual extraction of aromas. The recipe is based on 19 selected botanicals, including juniper, coriander, lemon peel, orris root, cardamom, cinnamon, and star anise, which give the spirit a rich and layered profile.
