Produced by the historic Masahiro Shuzo Co., Ltd. distillery, founded in 1883, this gin represents a fusion of the tradition of Awamori (a typical Okinawan rice distillate) and the innovation of contemporary gin.

Its unique recipe incorporates local botanicals that express the Okinawan terroir: goya (bitter melon), guava leaves, rosella (hibiscus), Balinese long pepper, and shekwasha, a green citrus fruit native to the island. These botanicals give the gin a distinctive aromatic profile, with floral, fruity, and spicy notes.

Distilled in traditional stills, Masahiro Okinawa Gin features a fresh, citrusy aroma derived from the use of shekwasha and other local botanicals.
