Girlan Indra Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC 2024

Indra Sauvignon is a fine white wine from Alto Adige that comes from the experience of Cantina Girlan, a historic company that has been a point of reference in the production of high-quality wines since 1923. Located in the hills of Cornaiano, in the eastern Alps, the winery selects the best Sauvignon Blanc grapes, coming from vineyards located between 450 and 550 meters above sea level. The clay and gravelly soils, of morainic origin, together with the unique climate of the area, give the wine an unmistakable minerality and freshness.

The grapes are harvested manually to ensure a careful selection of the best bunches. The vinification, carried out exclusively in stainless steel tanks, allows the organoleptic characteristics of Sauvignon to be kept intact. The result is a wine with a bright straw yellow color, with an intense and complex aroma, which presents citrus, vegetal, sage, nettle and elderberry notes. On the palate, Sauvignon Indra stands out for its freshness and elegance, with a pleasant mineral vein and a vegetal aftertaste that enriches the tasting experience.
