Isaac Cantalapiedra Verdejo World 2021

World of Isaac Cantalapiedra is an artisanal Orange Wine from 100% Verdejo grapes, produced naturally and with low intervention. Born from the vision of Manuel Cantalapiedra, Isaac's son, this wine represents an experimental project that combines tradition and innovation with absolute respect for the grapes and the territory.

The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation in open vats, with a prolonged contact of about 30 days between must and skins. It is then refined for 11 months in exhausted oak barrels, without any clarification or filtration, to preserve the integrity of the wine as much as possible.

The result is a complex, structured and long-lived Orange Wine, which expresses a unique personality: on the nose, notes of dried fruit, honey, apricot, apple and ripe pear emerge, while on the palate it strikes for its freshness, intense flavour, full body and high aromatic complexity.
