Rum Clairin Vieux Sajous 5 Years Old 70 cl

The Vieux Sajous 5 YO is a Clairin made with Cristalline sugar cane, grown in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye.

This blend is born from the assembly of 18 mixed barrels, which previously contained rum and whiskey. Distilled in 2018, it was aged for 5 years at the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince in Haiti. The Vieux Sajous demonstrates the incredible aging potential of the Clairins produced by this distillery, which over time acquire a surprising depth and complexity. The new packaging was designed to visibly underline the high level of quality and the evolution achieved by the distillate.
