Whiskey GlenAllachie 12 Years Old Spanish Virgin Oak Finish 70 cl

GlenAllachie 12 Year Old Whisky has developed its unique character in new charred casks made from Quercus Robur oak, a variety found in the Spanish regions of Galicia and Asturias, as well as the cool, humid mountains of Cantabria. Before being used for ageing, the wood was air-dried for a year and a half, refining its aromatic properties.

The color is intense and bright copper. The aroma releases intense spicy and syrupy notes that blend harmoniously with nuances of nutmeg and cinnamon.

On the palate, strong accents of honey, vanilla and mocha syrup emerge, enriched by subtle hints of molasses. The finish is long and persistent with mocha notes that amplify over time, providing a deep and enveloping sensory experience.
