Nikka Taketsuru No Age Pure Malt Whiskey 70 cl

Whisky Nikka Taketsuru no age pure malt, owes its name to Masataka Taketsuru, the Father of Japanese whisky, the first man who, after having stolen the secrets of the great Scottish distillate, managed to replicate them in his homeland, Japan, with extraordinary results.

This masterpiece is dedicated to Taketsuru, composed of single malts mainly from these historic distilleries and aged in different types of casks, some of which previously contained Sherry, to add richness and complexity.

Bright golden yellow with intense bronze reflections, it has a rich and complex nose of blueberries and blackberries, sultanas and dates, together with spicy notes of pepper and star anise, leading to a slightly peaty and very long finish.
