Shinobu Pure Malt 10 Years is a fine Japanese whisky from beautiful Niigata, a region famous for its pure water and its natural treasures, the "Three Whites": snow, rice and sake.

This handcrafted Pure Malt whisky, with an ABV of 43%, was created by master blender Mr. Usami. The production process is meticulous: the blend is aged in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then refined in fine Japanese Mizunara oak for 10 years.

On the nose, you can perceive notes of fresh wood, vanilla and flowers, which evolve into a delicate breath of nectar. On the palate, the whisky reveals hints of maltose, a hint of fruity citrus, the characteristic Mizunara oak and a touch of coffee beans. The finish is medium, woody and sweet again, with a maltose aftertaste that lingers pleasantly.
