 The Balfegó bluefin tuna belly comes from wild tuna fattened off the coast of L'Ametlia de Mar and fed exclusively on blue fish (fatty fish).
 In this way the tuna are taken from the sea once they have reached the optimal fat point . The fishing method used is that Ikejime , to ensure a stress-free product. This results in a red tuna with excellent gastronomic value, present on the menu of many of the best restaurants around the world.
