Gautheron Chablis 2023

The 2023 Gautheron Chablis is a great Burgundy white wine, produced by Domaine Gautheron in the village of Fleys, in the heart of the Chablis appellation. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it grows on the typical Kimméridgian clay-limestone soils that give the wine freshness, flavor, and mineral elegance.

It displays a luminous golden yellow with greenish highlights. The bouquet is delicate and fragrant, with floral and fruity notes of peach, apricot, and green apple, enriched with citrus and flint sensations. On the palate, it stands out for its balance and finesse: fresh, elegant, and persistent, with a long finish and a characteristic mineral touch.

An authentic and versatile Chablis, ideal as an aperitif and perfect with raw seafood, shellfish, sushi, grilled fish, and fresh cheeses. Served at 10–12°C in tulip-shaped glasses, it best expresses its vibrant Burgundian personality.
