Girlan Sauvignon Flora Alto Adige 2022

Girlan’s Sauvignon “Flora” is a semi-aromatic white wine of great precision and character, produced from grapes grown in the best areas of Alto Adige. After manual harvesting, it ages for 6 months on the lees in stainless steel, developing complexity and structure without losing its natural freshness.

On the nose it stands out for a clean, typical and varied aromatic profile: tomato leaf, nettle, elderflower and a citrus hint of grapefruit. The sip is fresh, savory and well-balanced, with a decisive minerality that accompanies the persistent and harmonious finish.

A Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC perfect to pair with seafood appetizers, vegetarian dishes, aromatic soups or fresh cheeses, also ideal as a refined aperitif glass.
