Rimarts Cava Gran Reserva Extra Brut 40 months

Cava Extra Brut Reserva 40 from the Rimarts winery is an artisanal and organic wine aged 40 months on the lees, produced in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia with Xarel lo, Macabeu, Parellada and Chardonnay grapes. The very low dosage (Extra Brut) enhances the freshness, while the long refinement gives complexity and evolved notes. On the nose, aromas of yellow fruit, candied citrus, wild flowers, pastries, toasted bread and dried fruit emerge. On the palate it is structured, elegant and persistent, with fine bubbles and a long and harmonious finish.

Perfect with fish dishes, shellfish or delicate white meats. A refined alternative to French bubbles, signed by a family and independent winery that vinifies according to the Classic Method with manual dégorgement.
