Girlan Gewürztraminer Flora Alto Adige DOC 2022

The Gewürztraminer “Flora” from Cantina Girlan represents one of the most refined expressions of this aromatic grape variety grown in Alto Adige. The grapes come from selected vineyards in Cornaiano and Cortaccia, located on gravelly, clayey and mineral-rich soils, ideal for ensuring structure, freshness and aromatic complexity.

The harvest is done strictly by hand, and the wine ages on the lees, developing depth and a velvety texture. In the glass it expresses itself with intense and typical aromatic notes: rose, lychee, tropical fruit, sweet spices and light citrus nuances.

On the palate it is full, soft, enveloping and persistent, perfect not only with spicy dishes or blue cheeses, but also in combination with local desserts such as strudel or desserts based on fruit and spices.
