Alto Adige Valle Isarco Pinot Grigio DOC by Pacherhof is born in Novacella, in the Bressanone basin, where the twenty-five-year-old vines sink their roots into morainic soils rich in quartzite. After a short refinement in wood, it reveals itself as a fragrant, structured and harmonious white, capable of satisfying both the nose and the palate.
