VITTORINI

The Vittorini Winery was born from a genuine love for the land and a profound respect for its natural rhythms. Domenico Vittorini passed on his passion for viticulture, which is now carried on with dedication by his grandson Nico Speranza, who continues the family tradition with a focus on quality and sustainability.

At the heart of Vittorini's production philosophy is an ethical and conscious approach to winemaking. Every decision, from the vineyard to the cellar, is guided by respect for the vine's natural balance and the responsible use of technology. Only copper and sulfur are used in the vineyard, while in the cellar, modern techniques such as micro-oxygenation and minimal use of sulfur dioxide are adopted, exclusively during bottling.

The company stands out for its use of renewable energy, including geothermal energy and solar hot water systems, actively contributing to the reduction of emissions and a virtually zero environmental impact.

The Vittorini winery's vineyards extend across the historic towns that once dominated the Monsampietro Morico castle, in the province of Fermo, Marche. This hilly region, long renowned for its quality viticulture, is the ideal place to grow native varietals such as Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Pecorino, and Incrocio Bruni 54 (a hybrid of Verdicchio and Sauvignon).

The plants are planted at a high density to encourage optimal ripening of the bunches, and the processing is done almost entirely by hand, ensuring meticulous control at every stage of the process.
