Baron Dauvergne Champagne Fine Fleur Blanc de Noir Grand Cru Bouzy

Hubert Dauvergne's Champagne Fine Fleur is a 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs, obtained from the harvest of the year combined with a selection of reserve wines from previous years. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel, followed by malolactic fermentation, which contributes to the softness and complexity of the wine. After aging for 36 months on the lees and a further rest of at least 3 months after dégorgement, it reaches perfect balance.

At sight it presents a bright yellow gold, with luminous reflections. The bouquet is fruity, enriched by elegant notes of hazelnut and toasted bread. On the palate it offers a solid structure, accompanied by a lively freshness that prolongs the sip, offering an enveloping and refined tasting experience.
