Egly-Ouriet Les Vignes de Bisseuil Premier Cru, base blend from the 2018 harvest is a Champagne produced mainly from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Bisseuil terroir, classified as Premier Cru.

The vinification is done using native juices and oak barrels. The wines of Egly-Ouriet are not filtered and benefit from a long aging on the lees, which enriches their complexity.
