Girlan Pinot Bianco Riserva Flora Alto Adige 2021

The Pinot Bianco Riserva Flora 2021 from Cantina Girlan is an excellent white wine, produced with hand-selected grapes in the hilly area of ​​Cornaiano (Alto Adige), on moraine soils rich in minerals, which give the wine a deep aromatic intensity and a long persistence of taste.

After the soft pressing of the whole grapes, the must naturally decants before fermentation in French oak barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation. The refinement continues for a year on the fine lees, followed by a further period in stainless steel and finally in the bottle.

The result is a structured and refined Pinot Bianco Riserva DOC, with a complex but balanced aromatic profile. Ideal for elegant dinners, pairings with fish dishes, white meats and mature cheeses.
