Kofler Speck Heart is a handcrafted South Tyrolean specialty, made from the finest cut of the pork leg. Gently smoked over beech wood and aged for six months in the pure mountain air, this speck is distinguished by its tenderness, intense flavor, and low fat content.
Prepared according to the traditional recipe of the Kofler family, active since 1976 in the heart of South Tyrol, Speck Cuore is ideal for thinly slicing and serving on platters, gourmet sandwiches or appetizers.
