Massimo Lentsch's Etna Rosso DOC 2021 is produced on the northern slope of the volcano, from Nerello Mascalese grapes grown as bush vines on sandy and lava soils at over 600 meters above sea level. It's a refined and vertical red, combining mineral depth, freshness, and elegant tannins.

On the nose, notes of red fruits, aromatic herbs, and volcanic spices emerge; on the palate, it is fresh, savory, and harmonious, with a long, delicately balsamic finish. A modern Etna red yet deeply rooted in tradition, it pairs perfectly with white meats, light game, semi-mature cheeses, and Mediterranean dishes.
