The Montali branded Addobbo Boneless Parma Ham comes from selected Italian pigs from the Lower Po Valley and is aged in the heart of Langhirano (Parma), an area renowned for the production of the best Parma Ham.

Thanks to the quality of the meat, the unique microclimate and the prolonged maturation in the stone cellars of Corte Montali, the ham develops intense flavours and unmistakable aromas. This ham is matured for 30/33 months, but can reach up to 36 months, acquiring an extraordinary aromatic complexity.

The “decorative” boning involves tying the ham after removing the bone, giving it a rounded shape and a wide slice, perfect for high-end gastronomy and refined cuts.
