Montali branded Parma Ham is an Italian excellence, obtained from selected pigs from the Bassa Padana. Only the best legs, with the right balance between weight and fat, are processed to ensure prolonged curing, which gives the ham a refined taste and an intense aroma.
The secret of its unique flavor lies in the quality of the meat, the ideal microclimate of Langhirano (Parma) and the slow maturation in the stone cellars of Corte Montali. This ham has reached a maturation of 30/33 months, but can reach up to 36 months, developing an extraordinary aromatic complexity.
